1. Where is my registered version?

Once your order is approved, we will send a confirmation email to your email address. This confirmation email will contain a download link to download the registered version. Before installing the full version,please uninstall the trial version and manually delete other remaining files in the installation folder of Photopus Pro eg. C:\Program Files\Photopus Pro.

2. The program still in trial mode after installing registered version?

3. What are the recommended system requirements for Photopus?

Windows 7, 8, 10, 11 with 1 GHz CPU, 1 GB Ram, 100 MB Hard disk space

4. How do I use Photopus to perform batch processing?

We've created tutorials page for Photopus at http://www.photopus.net/tutorials.html . This will help you to learn using Photopus.

5. I need some tutorials how to use Photopus?

You can always check our Photopus online tutorials at http://www.photopus.net/tutorials.html . We will update the tutorials page from time to time.

6. I have purchased Photopus Pro in the past, how do I upgrade to the latest version?

All purchase is entitled to receive unlimited upgrades for a year. Just send an upgrade request to support@photopus.net to request for the free upgrade when there is a new version available.

7. Where is the processed image stored?

By default all the processed image will be saved at "C:\Photopus" . In case you cannot remember where you have set the output folder as, Click on File menu and select Open Output Folder. 

8. What is the different between Photopus Free Edition and Photopus Pro?

Please refer here for the comparison between free and pro version.

9. What will happen after I send in order?

Once you have send in your order, you will receive aconfirmation letter from our E-commerce Payment Processing Service provider, Fastspring. Once your payment is approved within 24 hours, another email with the download details to the full version will be delivererd to your email.

10. My credit card has declined, what can be the problem?

Please make sure that you have entered a valid postal code, address, country, state, card number, expiration month/year and etc. If the problem remain, you can also pay with PayPal.
